1. Stone 1 large peach and cut into 8 wedges. Add to a 2ltr jug with 200g hulled and quartered strawberries,
1 cored and thinly sliced Granny Smith apple and 5g fresh mint leaves. Add 250g ice cubes.
Pour in a 75cl bottle VinĚa del Cura Rioja Blanco and 100ml elderflower cordial; stir.
Top up with 100-300ml sparkling water to taste.
